working principle:
The test machine uses a special paper tape as the friction medium, and applies a fixed load to the friction head. The friction head drives the rotating paper tape through the fixed diameter roller and the fixed speed motor to continuously apply the force to the surface of the sample until it is seen. The surface substrate is either leveled to a specific degree of wear and the sample is evaluated for the number of motor revolutions as indicated by the counter.
